peach & ivory nursery

Baby Girl's nursery is pretty much finished (minus some wall art).
I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted, and because no store had it, I ended up making everything myself. Looking back, this was both the best and worst idea EVER.

Here's what's homemade:
Crib bedding (bumper pad and bed skirt)
Pinwheel mobile
Dresser (new paint job and knobs)
The storage boxes on her bookshelf

Was it worth it? Yes. Will I ever do this again? Heck no.

  2. Wow, this nursery should be featured in some magazine! It is so adorable and chic (which is rare for nurseries). Please be my nursery designer when we have kids!

  3. Seriously Ash, you rock. Who does all that? Oh yea, people who are paid to and you most certainly were not. Fist pump in the air for you. Oh, and I will get back to writing for the Living blog once we get internet at home! I swear!

  4. I love her nursery. It is so cute. I made my crib skirts and quilts. So much work and I'm sure I won't do it again either haha. Ivory is adorable. I can't wait to see more pictures of her

  5. I just posted your sweet nursery on my girl nursery board on Pinterest.

If that's not alright, just let me know and I'll be happy to remove it.

I was also wondering if you might allow me to feature your nursery on Unique Baby Gear Ideas? Please email me and let me know, ok? uniquebabygear at bellsouth.net
