Cream Cheese Pancakes
makes 4 pancakes
INGREDIENTS
4 oz low fat cream cheese
4 eggs
2 droppers full of Stevia (sweetener)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients together. Pour a quarter of the batter into a frying pan and cook like a crepe. Serve with fruit and powdered sugar (if you need a little sugar, like me).
