caramel apples

Last night for FHE we had a caramel apple creation party! I think some of our apples could rival those of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! J/K, but it was still fun!

How-to:

We used a ready-made caramel by Peter's Chocolate

After dipping the apples in caramel, we had toppings bowls for dipping in:

-crushed Oreos

-mini chocolate chips

-sprinkles

-brown sugar and cinnamon

-nuts

-jello mix

just MAUIed

My family just got back from Maui, here are a few highlights:

Bamboo Forest hike. Bamboo is so cool! If you cut it down it can grow back three feet in one day!

Hopping across these river rocks I slipped and fell in. The pools don't look deep. I'm soaking wet up to my neck.
